I made an appointment online. I went in for my appointment today and was told there was no one there that could help me. I asked why I was able to make an appointment online and the lady said “oh it happens sometimes”.Really not good enough. If someone was not availiable I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment.Was it too hard to make a phone call and let me know?If one of your clients cancel within 24 hours you still charge them. You cancelled my appointment 5mins before, doesn’t really seem fair does it.Fair to say you have lost my business.
