NATO the big fella that always runs around was awesome. All the staff their are always under pump, but always get us through. The owners need to give these people a pay rise

This system is awful. Takes an hour to get in there. You waste more fuel waiting then you get for the bottles. They just need multiple machines so people can walk in and wait for a machine. Or more staff would help. Massive time waster.

I used to recycle cans in south Oz 10 years before qld started and could sort 3000 plus can in 30 mins did not matter is was not perfect can your company is a joke your nothing but time wasters

Went today with twice as much as I usually have and got $10 less than I normally get. Usually really good but today I think I got ripped off, mention to person and said they can do CCTV check but not yet....not impressed

Great service. Drop off bagged bottles and cans for recycling and receive cash refund payment. Drive through undercover facility. 10c rebate for each bottle and can returned. This centre now has a bulk automatic sorting and counting machine. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this centre is often busy and never has any reusable bags available.

Good today, no line up. Organised system and tidy. Good communication and service. Looking and seeing that people aren't removing lids, which can be a hazard in compression of bottles. Be considerate and remove lids.

First time going to Earn my Return and it was not what I expected there were people there to count you returns and answer any questions it was quick and pain-free.Who would of thought that recycling could be so much fun and rewarding..
