I got an appointment to check my cars sunroof. The sunroof has been stuck and not moving forward and backward. I have waited one month to get this appointment , once I got the appointment waited 4 hours outside, one of the team members said that it could be takes more than an hour to check because they just want to remove tape from outside that I applied to prevent water leak. That’s completely ok with me. Finally I found that they haven’t even checked the sunroof from outside , just have a look from inside and said that the cable wire broken. Honestly , it’s a pure lie . They just sent me back without giving a proper solution. They made me to pay 176 AUD. When I questioned them they said it’s under an hour so they can deduct to 140.80. Wasted my time and money. They just handed over the car by keeping the floor mat on top of the seat. . If anyone looking for a car repair , this won’t be a better option.Never trust them , they are saying and doing entirely different way. Really disappointed .

Easily the best customer service of any car brand I have ever been to. I should have gone here years ago, Shaun was excellent to deal with and a very kind lady helped load my bike into the back of my Hilux. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer service. No longer offering courtesy bus for drop and pick-up service while having your car service. There is a tea and coffee machine available at the waiting lounge. As this was my first time at this Toyota Service I noticed that some Toyota car service also included a quick wash and vacuum as part of the service but they didn't at this service branch. But overall it was a great car service experience. ⭐⭐

Worst experience. They booked me when the parts are not ready and ask me to come back a month later one more time even I’ve checked twice. Would you please consider how difficult to dropped a car for half a day when you are working full time and take care of children on school holiday… very very frustrated :(

Friendly staff, fast service. They have been flood affected and are working out of temporary offices but still provide great service. The driveway can get a bit crowded, not the greatest access, but it works.

Very unhappy with the quality of the work done on my vehicle. Including the technicians missing an oil leak that if it hadn’t been for me checking the reservoir would have resulted in a blown up the engine. Would not recommend.

Disappointed in the rude manner in which i was greeted at the service department by a woman in attendance. Initially their computer was down, then when they eventually got it up and running they had no record of my booking in despite booking 5 weeks in advance. Despite the fact they can service my car today I decided to take it elsewhere. I will not be using their service in future despite it being a relatively new vehicle.

Customer service and car service were excellent. They have booked Uber to the office and back from the office to pick up the car.

Terrible service. Booked in to inspect a vehicle Saturday afternoon, booking confirmation and a txt message that read that the vehicle would be ready and available for us to inspect. On our drive down we where phoned to see if we wanted to know anything about the car, I replied and said we where about 30min away. I was asked if I knew how to get there and once I had a idea the call ended. We arrived to be notified that my booking didn’t really mean I had a booking and that the car is being looked and by another customer at this stage and to just wait around. The salesman then tried to sell me a Kluger, why would I go to a Toyota dealership to by a Kia if that wasn’t the car I was after. Spoke to the manager and he said there’s nothing he can do and they where here first despite our booking and if I want to buy any other cars they can help. Just a bunch of sharks that don’t care about customer service.

Back into a Toyota and used to get the car serviced here when it was Sci-Fleet. Service then was typical for the industry - the customer used to feel like an inconvenience to the service staff.I was nothing short of gobsmacked at the amazing service I have experienced here. The change in culture is a credit to everyone there and it’s a pleasure to add this review. Please keep this up. It is appreciated.
