Hanzel and Pretzel

Best keep secret, well from me anyway, in the northern suburbs.Lovely owner, very friendly and absolutely deliciously fresh pretzels.Will definitely be back to try another flavour soon.

Googled this place and was super excited! Was going to order the sundried tomato and olive pretzel. When I got there she said I would have to order a minimum of 3 for it to be worth it for her and to choose one my the fridge already cooked. Garlic and cheese - I'm allergic, or pepperoni- I'm a veggie. Don't advertise food if you are not willing to make it. Or advertise that you are a bakery and once food is gone that's it. That's like going into subway and them saying you have to order a minimum of 3 subs for it to be worth our time and money... No wonder it was dead in there. But that is definitely not the way to run a business.

Eftpos machine wasn’t working so we had to go back, checked my car and had $5 cash but was $1 short and she wanted us to drive home and come back for $1. Iced coffee tasted like milk.

Great selection made fresh to order.. Worth sticking around for. Perfectly cooked served fresh and warm. Something for everyone with both sweet and savoury options.

Great revamp of a local deli. The pretzels are made fresh right in front of you and taste as amazing as they look! will be back to try the rest of the menu and can't wait to see the progress of the renovations.

Great pretzels, been there many times, sure there’s sometimes a wait for fresh ones but they are damn well worth waiting for definitely coming back in whenever I can

Amazing pretzels! We had the cheese and jalapeño, 3 cheeses and cinnamon sugar. Every bite was tasty! Took about 15 mins to make from fresh, but well worth it.

I was told it will take 20 minutes for pretzels but we ended up waiting for an hour. No one apologized for waiting. The coffee had no taste but milk. We asked for flatwhite but it had more milk foam than cappuccino. I asked for a paper receipt before I pay but it wasn't allowed to so I received an email receipt after I paid. I received 5 pretzels and 2 coffees but got charged 6 pretzels and 2 coffees. I paid extra pretzel that i didn't get. The pretzels tasted nice and i think it's reasonable price to compare with the size. However I found a small black hair from one of pretzels so I could not finish it. People seemed nice and I would love to support the local family business but they need proper hospitality training about customer service, food hygiene and coffee making skill.

What a great transformation of a local corner deli to a Pretzel shop with a selection of fresh sweet or savoury pretzels.We didnt mind the 15 minute rest for our huge piping hot pretzels. While waiting at the inside table and chairs or the comfy couches you can order a bubble tea, tea, coffee, frappe or milkshake.Pretzels are a type of baked bread made from dough that is commonly shaped into a knot. The traditional pretzel shape is a distinctive symmetrical form, with a long strip of dough intertwined and then twisted back onto itself forming a pretzel loop or pretzel bow.We chose -Sundried tomato and olives, Vegemite and cheese and just couldn't go past the cinnamon sugar! They tasted yummy!Our only little grumble would be the amount of Vegemite,  just a bit to much. We are Vegemite loving Aussies and feel a finer drizzle would be better.
