To say the level of service is bad is an understatement. I saw Vincent over 2 months ago and instantly had a bad vibe. He was very condescending the way he talked to me. I thought that's just the script they need to follow. A month went by no follow up with whats going on. Called multiple times and finally got a call back. Assured me matter will be sorted in next 2 weeks, 5 weeks later still no follow up call. I left 5 message still no call back. A simple call back must be to hard to ask for even if it was with no news better than a cold shoulder. Sad to have wasted time and energy dealing with these guys

Debbie Clinch I found to be very professional, patient and thorough. Her experience, healthy working relationships with other lawyers (in the Family Court setting) and experience in solving matters out of court by negotiation was invaluable. It is my perception that Debbie is known by Magistrates to be sensible, reasonable and practical. We used Debbie Clinch's services for property/financial and parental mediation to develop the agreements we needed to be able to move along with our lives after my wife and I separated earlier this year.Debbie was professional, organised, experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful.
