The Athlete's Foot Albury

I brought my 4 year old girl into the store around a month ago. She is on the spectrum, she gets overwhelmed very easily and was not wanting to change her favourite (outgrown shoes). Upon entering the store I didn't need to say a word, the staff were patient, understanding and so helpful. Isla walked out within 5 minutes wearing new shoes and stared at her feet with happiness the whole way to the car. I can't express just how good this experience was, and how grateful I am.

We turned upto this store 10 minutes before closing time. On arrival all stock was still outside, doors locked and could see staff inside still serving customers. When we stood outside knocking on the door (with another customer) a staff member then opened the door to say they had lots of stock to put away so we’re closing early for me to then say I’m here to buy not one pair but two pairs of shoes as well as the other customer say she wanted to buy shoes also. The staff member that served us was fantastic and can not fault her customer service but to think the staff had closed their doors early and could have potentially lost over $500 in sales (that ended at roughly 15 mins after closing time) blows my mind. Again couldn’t fault the service once entering the store.

I used buy and wear what ever runner was on special until I kept getting Plantar fasciitis because I have feet on me like a duck. I called into an Athlete's foot one day and they said I needed arch support shoes, so they fitted me out which cost me a small fortune but was pleasantly surprised. It was a little funny wearing arched support shoes but I eventually got used to them and the Plantar fasciitis went away. I then purchased arch supports for another two pair of shoes from here and the staff were very helpful especially on a Saturday morning, mind you they were run off their feet with customers too. I'll now only shop here for foot related products as staff were helpful and spent time with you.

Great service and very happy with the fit. They do cost more than some other shops but getting thr right product is worth the extra

We have been shopping here for years. Kids shoes and adult shoes and then teenagers. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My most recent experience required for shoes to be ordered and delivered to the store for pick up. It took a little longer than anticipated but worth the wait. The store is always clean and well organised. My only criticism would be that it can get very very very busy at back to school time but I understand you cannot have staff employed for a very busy 7 days once a year. Highly recommend Athletes Foot.

I'm so happy with my new pair of Asics Gel Kayano 29. Went for a in them and they feel great ( arch support cushion). Thanks to Codie for helping me find the right one and giving the confidence to get the green one!!

Friendly and professional staff member.We went on a Saturday morning, and they only had 2 staff members, which resulted in slow service. They definitely need to address their staffing issues.The staff member informed us that they usually had 5 staff on a Saturday, but several called up sick.
