Excellent, efficient, friendly service! Tom replied to email query within hours and was able to arrange an inspection time within a few days.Turned up on time and provided advice regarding the changes we needed to make to ensure we met the Pool Barrier Safety Compliance standards. Issued certificate as soon as all changes we made were approved and signed off. Great value and service. Would highly recommend!

Tom was very easy to deal with and very helpful. He explained the adjustments and measures we needed to tale to ensure a pool was compliant and recommended Noel who did an excellent job of putting in window chains, a self locking latch and other necessary adjustments. I would recommend Tom without hesitation. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Tom inspected our Pool Safety barrier and gave us a thorough report of what areas were non complying. He advised us what needed to be fixed to ensure our pool area was compliant. He reinspected after the work was done and was diligent, professional and efficient in issuing our compliance certificate. Tom was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Tom.

Tom has recently completed our pool fence inspection and issued our compliance certificate.We had a few issues to rectify, but he was solution focussed and he had great resources to help us through. He was responsive and helpful with any questions that we had.He was happy to do a preliminary inspection so we could get the work done without time pressure.

Balwyn Pool Fence Inspections
Tom was very professional and helpful in his pre-inspection and pointed out the rectification that we required.I was surprised that he did charge a $110 re-inspection fee to check an automatic closer on a sliding door. I thought that two inspections for the initial fee of $350 should have been included.All in all I am glad the Tom helped us get the certificate we required and would recommend him.
