SHONKY FENCING would be more accurate! Sent one guy to do the job and not sure he'd even seen a fence before! Wrong sized pickets were supplied and the installer hand cut them using a blunt blade. Really rough and uneven job as a result. Not sure he bought a tape measure with him by the looks of things. Attached pickets using nail gun and half the nails weren't in properly, attached a gate with just one screw, cut the posts wrong and had to start all over again... i could go on. My husband and I have spent hours fixing the shonky work done (think my husband would have done a better job just building the fence himself!!). Beware, don't waste your money. Regretting signing off on the work but was so fed up I just wanted the whole experience over with.

Not sure who Amazing Fencing calls to come out to a job site but one of their workers are rude and racist. No respect at all. Coming onto our property without permission, throwing racial slurs and swearing because he can't get paid and was told to leave.Terrible display of workmanship, and approach.

Absolutely outraged, fixed mine and my neighbours fence and left a huge mess and completely broke my gate and left it there without a word while I wasn’t home. They have come back to fix it but the man refuses to admit he’s done it and won’t take ownership, absolutely disgraceful.

We had someone out to give us a quote 5 weeks ago. After multiple failed attempts to ring and text the mobile number of the guy who came out we gave up and rang the landline number attached to the business. They apologised on his behalf and told us that although he is a good worker he lacks in communication skills, which we agreed and called a spade a spade. They had all the details of the quote already in the system so my husband said we’d like to go ahead with the job. All was agreeable at this point so they emailed my husband a contract and told him to sign it and send it back straight away so they could secure a booking. As soon as they received his signature we were contacted right away and told the quote is way too low and that the contract that we had just signed has a clause stating that they do not need to honour the quote and they refuse to complete the job for the price we’d been given. He asked the lady if he could speak to a manager to which she said she’d leave a message. Needless to say we haven’t heard anything back since and I don’t expect we will.As business owners we would NEVER ever conduct this way and I’m warning everybody against working with a business that does. Being tricked into signing something to cover up what you say is your mistake is just deceitful. The fact that you even need a written clause to disregard your employees quotes says it all! If you are not confident in their ability to even quote up correctly then why should people trust that the labour will be done to standard?I would never want to work with a company like this so THANKYOU very much for forcing us to pull the pin! We will gladly give our business to someone who holds much better integrity and who will be happy to communicate with us.
