We love you Headstart Geelong! Thank you so much for always being so kind and warm to Sammy and Harry - I would definitely recommend your service (and already have!). The boys have never been happier (and this is their 3rd daycare experience). Thanks for everything, we are lucky to have you!

After relocating we were worried how our little boy would settle in at a new service but it has been such a good transition. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the classrooms are well resourced and keep him very busy! He loves being outside so the way the team provides an indoor outdoor program means he can choose where he wants to be as if he were at home.

From day one Headstart has been amazing to our family. After having doubts about taking our son to child care after a bad experience, the moment we walked in we immediately felt comfortable and welcome and most importantly so did our son. They have been so helpful and patient towards us as parents who experienced child care for the first time and have made the whole process work smoothly. Our son is so happy and loves being there and it's such as relief knowing he is in good hands. Thank you the whole team and a special thanks to Alana, our little man loves you.

Fantastic centre that really has that homily vibe. All the staff are so friendly and you can tell they generally love being around the kids all day. Both my kids started in the baby room from 9 months, they have made incredible friendships with there educators and other kids.The centre is always filled with art and crafts created by the children and educators. So many activities are on offer and they create areas or activities in the room depending on what the children are showing interest in.It's a fantastic centre and very highly recommended.

It is a descent childcare centre however we have concerns regarding care provided for children specifically in Nursery room. Noticed children were sleeping on mat with just singlet on them and a very thin blanket on top, when it was freezing outside in start of Winter and doors kept open to play area.All educators had thick jackets on them! If you can feel the chill so can children.No wonder why so many illnesses, also why do you have to keep door open to play area when there is no one outside as it is nap time and it is super cold.We were shocked.. have heard similar experiences from other parents too. Least you could do is regulate temperature in room.Secondly, why is there a big couch in Nursery room? We fail to understand the purpose and think it is a hazard.Thirdly, child is left crying and educators are busy chatting. We saw them attend the child as soon as parents arrived.Kindly do not try to contact me that want resolve the issue. Ensure educators are on top of things. Yes, you would not find me on your books but we have been there.

We relocated our 3 year old daughter which we were very worried about but the team have been amazing in helping her transition and feel welcome. Her educators have been great and we see so much art and craft come home. Shout out the Katerina and Kim.I’ve also got my 10 month old in the center and she loves it, it’s been so good for her socialization after being at home so much with covid restrictions. A HUGE shout out to Alana.

Currently on my second daughter to attend this centre- first starting from the 3 year old kinder room following on to the 4 year old kinder room, shes now a well adjusted preppy who learnt so much from her years at headstart.Now have a baby in the Vines- can't rate the educators in the room enough, they bend over backwards to do whatever they can to make leaving her easier.Always a happy smiling face waiting to greet you on arrival and when you leave the centre.Management is quick on fixing any problems that may arise, invoices are sent out on time every week, payments are always taken when specified and never had any issues there.I recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for a place for their children.

I’ve just recently enrolled my 2.5 year old at Headstart Geelong, and I’m so happy with how he’s settled! We had him enrolled elsewhere and were appalled at how the staff were at orientation, so it was a big contrast to here! The teachers have been nothing short of amazing, gentle, caring and patient. My son is the biggest cry baby, and they’ve been incredible!! Happy happy and highly recommend!! And thank you Headstart!

I wish it was possible to have more than 5 stars. My son was at a different kinder for the first half of the year, it was a nightmare. Over that time he developed some pretty worrying behaviour issues, after going in one day and having to sign another incident report and hear how terrible my 5 year old was I pulled him straight out. It was without a doubt the best decision I have ever made. From day one I began to notice my son begin to change, the changes he made everyday HUGE. I now have the well behaved happy boy I sent to kinder at the start of the year back and one by one all the behaviours have disappeared and this is thanks to the EXCEPTIONALLY not only hard working but genuine kind caring amazing woman that are Headstart Early Learning Geelong.They have given my son and myself such wonderful support, so much amazing knowledge and most importantly an understanding of everything my son had experienced the past few months. My son has gone from waking up during the night and telling me he won’t go back to kinder to now running off when we get there in the morning and from screaming hysterically when I arrive to pick him up to saying he isn’t coming home yet. It is the most wonderful environment and has the nicest atmosphere when you walk in the door.The kindergarten teacher Sweety is brilliant at her job, she does everything and more for the kids in her room and Dani who works with her is beautiful. I have had many a cry in the early days when my son began there and the staff have all the time in the world and more than happy to work with you while you process things. The manager Kristy is everything a kinder childcare manager should be. She is kind, caring and genuine. The WHOLE TEAM of staff are wonderful. My son loves everyone there and not once has he said he doesn’t like them unlike where he was everyday he said he didn’t like them.It’s going to be a very sad day at the end of the year when it’s my sons last day. It’s the greatest feeling in the world dropping my son off knowing he is well cared for and surrounded by staff that genuinely love their job and the kids.THANKYOU for giving me my sweet son back Headstart Geelong xxxxxx

Our son has been going to Headstart since he was 11 months and it has been lovely to see what a close bond he has formed with so many of the educators and other kids at Headstart. It is such a warm and welcoming environment. He is such a confident and happy little toddler and a big part of that is due to all the care, support and dedication he receives from everyone at Headstart.
