I was very impressed with the work done at my house. The end result was flawless and I was thrilled with the quality. Not your average builder. The fixtures and end result was of high quality. They obviously takes pride in ensuring that you get the best result. Would recommend this builder if you want great service and quality from start to finish.

We had a great experience with Silvercon. We found they were easy to communicate with and very professional. Together we worked through building our dream home. We contacted Lee from Silvercon to renovate our kitchen and lounge. Our timing just didn’t work out and Lee was unable to do the work for us, however, he went out of his way to find us another builder who did a fantastic job. Lee didn’t just leave it there, after already spending hours of his time planning the renovation with us, he then gave up more time to visit with the new builder to help the project along. We can’t thank Lee from Silvercon enough for his knowledge and expertise, he put so much time and effort, let alone priceless advice all for absolutely no money. We would definitely turn to Lee for future jobs.

Silvercon did a fantastic job carrying out a large extension at our home. It consisted of adding an extra two bedrooms, new kitchen, additional lounge room and garage to a house that was pretty unconventional (it was a big job). Lee and his team guided us through the entire process and had our best interest in mind the whole time. Every trade took pride in what they did and it shows. Two years later and everything is still rock solid and looking great. Old school customer service, great trades and good people. 5 stars.

Very unprofessional. Accepted a job for me which meant I in turn rejected other quotes. Now many weeks later he sends me an email (not even a phone call) telling me he's accepted another job (bigger than mine) so won't be doing mine now. I'd suggest if you're thinking of using this company then don't. If you decide however to do so, then get something in writing as you'll never know if he's going to turn up otherwise.

Our family has worked with Lee Henderson of Silvercon over the past 18 years. The main projects Lee has co-ordinated & built for us include 3 major extensions/ renovations at 106 orton st...a 100sq meter yoga room & exotic garden,a 4th storey apartment overlooking the ocean,& a complete house renovation. We were delighted with the results and even managed to live in the house alongside the work being done. We found Lee,s quotes to be reliable & he saved us costs many times by looking for & implementing better options than originally envisaged. Other projects have been at 91 the Parade..the major rebuild of Kyoyoga rooms & Kyosk cafe & the construction of 3 tilt slab factories at 28 Smithton Grove for Kyo Trade Warehouse . I have found the major advantages of working with Lee are that he is readily accessible ,good follow up after build, very open to creative ideas, has a very comprehensive knowledge of new products and has a good network of honest competent local tradies that cover every aspect of any conceivable project. I have recommended Silvercon to friends who have also been very happy with the outcomes ...notably Woodlands auction rooms extensions & Pilates on Pines studio rebuild plus. Honest, reliable & component .
