Great option for fast food since beef is very expensive. Great value in sides and the sliders are very cool.Recommend ordering online as they don't seem to have more than one front counter staff most of the time.

I don't know what they do or how they do it but their spicy chicken range always comes out fried to perfection, no soggy skin or undercooked meat in my frequents over the years

Somebody from head office needs to read the reviews. The bad reviews are so true. We live in Ascot and I would say 4 out of 5 times they have not had chicken available for 20 mins wait. The zinger stacker burgers I order are only 2mm thick dry, tough and over cooked. How can the same store get it so bad over and over again.

Purchased 2 x Tender box, chicken tenders way overcooked, second time now that I passed this way and received awful chicken overcooked and dry. NOT IMPRESSED won't be back

STAY AWAY! Ordered a Zinger Box with Large chips, received a small chips which was not even full. All food items including chips were stale and cold. This is a new store, maybe these operators have no idea how to provide good quality food? Will be ordering from a different branch from now on. Terrible 1 out of 5 stars.

I ordered through the app on Monday 7th at 9:15pm order number:1737I ordered the one box and a popcorn go bucket and only received a nugget go bucket , no popcorn chicken and no dinner roll in the one box. The chicken tenders were swapped to boned spicy ones without my knowledge. I was not told that items were missing. I tried calling twice & no answer, huge waste of time and money!!!

Never go to this kfc waited for 45 minutes in store for our order. Watched 8 people leave the store because they were not being served at the counter and were ignored by staff. I watched staff drop tongs on the floor and proceeded to go to pick up the chicken until the customer asked them not to use them. Staff were drinking their drinks and chatting at the counter and had terrible attitudes towards customers. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience instead they said “it’s right there” as soon as meal was ready. Staff just shoved other customers meals in the bench and didn’t even call out their order so food was left cold. Never going here again.

I went into this store today. I will never be back! do not go here! the staff are not nice, the quality of the food is horrible, wait time for food was ridiculous... not to mention the staff members have no care about simple hygiene protocols let alone the basic respect to paying customers. I ordered online prior to entering the restaurant to avoid a long waiting period BUT I had to wait 45 minutes for my order. when I was waiting for my order I asked the staff about the progress and they didn't apologise but threw it in front of me saying it's right there"
