Even though I approved the proof, Sticker Ninja resolved the issue and sent me new stickers.. express post! Sticker ninja received payment and sent confirmation of my order for wedding related stickers december 13th.8 days later I enquire as to the order status to be told ‘the original order didn’t come through on the system’ (despite the automated confirmation) but also that having Covid meant they didn’t see the order. They sent a refund after I enquired, however the deadline has passed and I will not have what is needed for my wedding. Unprofessional service. Take online ordering off your site if you’re unwell and can not service clients who are paying in advance.

Really easy to deal with and answered all questions that I had. Product is a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for - these are super high quality stickers that look like they'll last for ages!
