I started BFT in Feb, rocked up by myself and needed a change and a push for success in my mental and physical health. BFT has done just that! I have made friends in several classes that are eager to push me and the trainers are constantly making you do better. I’ve never lifted so heavy, and feeling so strong. I’ve also learnt so much as well about how to monitor your heart rate in cardio classes.. it has been the best decision I’ve ever made!

The best gym ever!!! Everyone is so so welcoming & lovely! & Trainers are so educated & love helping you to train harder & to achieve your health & fitness goals! I love how its a little family! I wouldn’t get up at 4.30am for anyone else!

I love this gym , the trainers are fantastic they correct your form so less injuries, the vibe is fantastic and they don’t focus on social media posts they focus on their clients

I never enjoyed going to the gym until I found BFT Sandhurst. The management and coaching staff are so passionate and encouraging, they go above and beyond to make our community feel comfortable and educated. No matter what stage you are at they are always there to answer any questions and support your goals. I have wasted so much money at other gyms that I never attended, compared to now I go 4-6 days a week and it is worth every penny.
