Got Tom’s voicemail on Saturday night after calling with blocked drain problem. He called back very early Sunday morning, was here within 90 minutes after providing a quote on the phone which I accepted, and job done 90 minutes later to complete satisfaction. Very happy customer, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Tom from North Wahroonga Plumbing is fantastic and provided me with great service from the first phone call. He took my call, was courteous and scheduled my job at a time to my convenience. Tom was punctual and once he viewed my problem he came up with a solution within minutes and at a very reasonable price. He proceeded to do the work needed in a very professional manner, finished it within one hour and once finished cleaned up the entire area. The final job was perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Horrible to deal with, tried to rip me off charging a $200 call out fee because he thought he could get away with it.I do not recommend him to anyone, I am shocked how someone can be so dishonorable.
