Hired them as property managers for a rental and to say they are totally incompetent is being very generous. They struggle with the simplest of tasks (like paying bills) but really come across as useless with more complex tasks (like changing tenants). Stay away at all costs - rubbish from top to bottom

I rarely write reviews, whether good or bad experiences, but I am more motivated to do so on this occasion because of the lousy customer service I got from elders. I submitted my application for a 2bedroom apartment in Parmelia; I was willing to negotiate and offered 300AUD. The rep from Elder’s was blunt and insistent that the rent was 330 AUD and said words to the effect that ‘I either take it or leave it. Well, I agreed to pay the ‘330AUD-a-week’ only for the rep to come back and tell me the offer has been rejected and, therefore ‘I didn’t get the property. They didn't provide any reason

DO NOT RECOMMENDSHERREE is unprofessional, rude and a liar. Pcr reports are not the correct indication of property. Talks down to you when she does inspections. Don’t bother going near elders

Went to look at a place advertised by Elders Real Estate. I certainly felt that Elders had no care for the buyer and were there solely for the seller. In the same day I discovered another real estate that were so helpful and caring. They ended up with my offer. I have previously bought a house and years later sold it with the same firm as they had been so helpful.
