Customer Service is great. On the odd occasion we need products to be delivered to customers urgently we have been able to achieve this. Far better service than our previous supplier. Having said that just a few minor things that need to be ironed out. I'm sure that this will happen.

23 January 2023 I attended Abco cleaning products whom I had an association with as a commercial cleaner in 2004.I arrived at Abco just past 5pm to purchase a Pac vac Backpack vacuum cleaner which I had previously owned.James the manager (owner?) of the business was just departing for the day and asked about my inquiry.He informed me they were now closed and asked I return another day.I informed him I was from Beverley and travelling home tonight.Everything changed with this exchange of information.I had the cash correct amount and he sold myself exactly what I wanted there and then.I cannot speak more highly as a satisfied customer of Abco's service. Great service from Bianca in Sales and the warehouse guys !!! Order placed 7 am and was ready and waiting for me 9.30 am the same day. Warehouse staff graciously offered to take it to my vehicle in the car park and load up the goods. Thank you !!

Their website is super intuitive and easy to use when ordering. Their delivery system is very efficient as is the exchange of emails with any queries as we have had with Rhiannon on our last query about your products.

A real pleasure to do business with this progressive company!My experience on Thurs 20/10 was as follows:-initial 2 queries re products results in prompt, informative and friendly email responses from Amanda.-welcoming and very positive vibe at reception.-I witnessed the gathered staff being relaxed and enthusiastic during a quick and informal product info session they were having.-I was served by Joe, who was extremely friendly and professional, but so obviously keen to provide advice, options and costings on several products....excellent service ethos, couldn't do enough for me!-I got the right products at a competitive price, in fact bought more than originally intended.-Joe then offered to help me carry the products out to my vehicle.-as I was about to leave a forklift driver drove past, slowed down and with a big grin, said how are ya" to me.-then
