Abused, Threatened and belittled during my THIRD return to 'fone boutique' in Rouse Hill Town Centre. I had cracked the screen on my Iphone 6s. I googled the closest repairs store to my home and fone boutique was the first to appear. I took my 6s and had the screen replaced, it was finished in half an hour. I was seemingly happy with the time frame of repairs and the price, Although when I returned home my phone was showing glitching lines vertically running across the screen. I called the store (sal) straight away and advised him of what was happening. I took the phone back in the next day and he proceeded to replace the screen again, at no charge. When I picked my phone up for the second time I proceeded to go and have some lunch and as I was to use my phone for the first time since picking it up from Fone boutique I realised that the fingerprint recognition was disabled and no longer an option to be able to unlock my iphone with. I did a bit of investigation in the settings of my phone and even reset the phone in which a notification came up when it rebooted saying I.D fingerprint has been disabled on this iphone". Now I was to return to Fon Boutique a third time as it was clear to me during the second time replacing my screen sal had damaged the finger print scanner in the home button in the process. I called apple directly to gain further knowledge on this issue and they confirmed it was an extremely common occurrence when third party repairers complete screen replacements often is the sensor in the home button damaged. With this knowledge I then returned AGAIN to fone botique to explain to sal the newest issue since bringing my phone to him to repair. After 5 minutes of Sal trying to convince me in "14 years he has been in the business never has he come across an issue like this nor has he ever damaged anyones home button so it definitely has to be a software issue". During this time of Sal trying to communicate to me that he doesnt understand why this could have happened or how it could have been damaged in his care

Just called to explain that the new screen I had replaced 3 days ago has already cracked. They explained that warranty does not cover this. DESPITE the fact that I had a protective layer and case added for extra protection. Yes I did drop my phone however , the fall was not significant enough to warrant this damage. Even the protective layer was left intact. Only the “new glass” screen was cracked. Cheap products used is my guess.

Any mobile phone needs this is the place to go for great results, i will always return to this shop i can not be more happy with my experience

Cracked my phone screen and took to Sal in need of desperate help. Not only did he replace the screen but he also fixed some speaker and wiring issues in my 6+s. This man is a wizard with phones. So grateful for his help - will be recommending him to all as clumsy as me!! Thanks Sal!

Customer service is great! They know what they are doing, and is always great with giving advice for any enquires I have. The products are also great, always find what I’m looking for. Will come again!
