I really love the sauna and l am so happy with the Zen 1 person sauna you sent me . My brother and I assembled the sauna last weekend on saturday and have started using it . The assembly took about 2 hours, we have placed it in the laundry, which works wells and it looks great, you just need to work out the instruction and you defintely need 2 people to assemble it.I found in the first week l started with 2 x 15 mins session and increased up to 20 mins sessions x 2 a day, then increase the heat setting from 50 to 60 degrees, it takes a few days to get used to, but once you are using it for about 5 sauna sessions, you really start feeling your muscles, aches and pains in your body more relaxed and fluid, you sleep better and feel you are better rested, anyone with back pain, shoulder and neck pain, sore muscles and other body soreness, will help alleviate the pain and relax your muscles.Remember to always drink water beforehand, during and after the session at least 1- 2 litres of water, you get very dehydrated and this helps with your recovery. I usually go the St Kilda baths and have a good steam sauna there, but due to lockdown and the cold weather in Melbourne this definitely helps my circulation, and l feel more energetic!The Zen 1 person sauna I truly recommend buying and the photos i have taken were in the laundry and I am truly appreciative and grateful for this sauna whilst in lockdown in Melbourne, as there is no open swimming pools or saunas, there is very limited ways we can destress and relax after exercise, so this is a lifesaver, thank you to the teamwork at Vitality for Life.

A big thankyou to Hayley in the Customer Service Support department. We had a burnout issue with our Vibroslim Ultra Luxe within the warranty period. Without hesitation, Hayley determined that the service claim would be more expensive than just replacing the whole unit. Even better, we were sent an upgraded model (the Radial Plus 3D). It was delivered within 2 days of the call and we are not required to send back the original unit.The efficiency of the decision and immediate despatch meant that we hardly missed a day of our vibration routine.I would recommend this company for their sales, support and quality of products despite the mechanical issue the Vibroslim machine really does work.

Very poor service. Purchased Biochef dehydrator did not work, was then asked to return it at my cost explained that in their warranty it was at their cost. Have now had to ask twice for the replacement to be sent which was never done after being told it was on its way. Have finally got a tracking number but the experience so far has been terrible with complete incompetence to the most basic of sales skills.

Purchased a dehydrator 8 months ago. It has now failed (possibly a broken heating element; it only blows cold air now) and this company is responsible for servicing the repair/replacement of the machine. I first contacted the company via email (phone calls aren't answered nor go to voice mail; they just ring out), on the 27-3-22, including the original invoice. I was sent an automated generic thankyou for your email

I bought a joraform little pig composter and am very unhappy with the product but more disappointed with the support from Vitality 4 Life. The composter isn’t working despite trying different combinations of browns and greens. I reached out to vitality 4 life for a refund or credit and instead they sent me a composting 101 brochure and are requesting further evidence. The product isn’t good, the service is even worse. Stay away.

Don't trust this company, they do not honor warranty. The juicer and blender had 2 year warranty but didn't last 1 year. They said they would replace but never did. Be warned

Fantastic products and customer service! L❤️VE the water filter for my tap water tastes amazing now. Love their quality biochef juicers too, easy to clean. I have been dealing with vitality for 5 years and they are very helpful with after service! Always a sign of a good company would highly recommend!

I purchased the BioChef Axis Cold Press Juicer in Dec 2021 to embark on my celery juice journey! It's amazing. Pulp is always dry, indicating maximum juice extracted. I wanted something quiet but most importantly EASY TO CLEAN - this model smashes both my requests out the water, amazingly quiet and so easy to clean. Love it. I've used it to make sorbet and a few other juices (other than celery) and it's fantastic. Definitely recommend.
