Could not ask for a better, kinder, more loving centre to care for our mum in her last months. Their palliative care was superb - and they looked after us as her family so kindly as well.

RNs have no sympathy or respect for patients and their families. Your elderly family is probably better off in a retirement home that cares.

Whoever answers the phone at front desk needs to be retrained or fired. She is an extremely rude lady. This place is still taking money from a patient who no longer resides here. DO NOT send your elderly parents, elderly friends or elderly grandparents here.
