My favourite pilates studio! It’s such a warm, cozy and intimate welcoming space. The teachers are so helpful in their explanations and attentive. Sandy is amazing! The best place if you want a challenging reformer experience whilst being in a space to be mindful! x

Favourite pilates studio! Location is perfect, the studio is beautiful, and the classes are super dynamic with options to suit everyone's levels/needs. All of the instructors are great - special shoutout to Erin and Karlyn for my favorite classes! Will definitely be coming back!

Tempo Reformer Pilates
I was so excited when I saw that Freshwater was getting its very own pilates reformer studio! I was so nervous for my first class, being my first time on a reformer, but Erin and the instructions have all been so welcoming and knowledgable. The classes are diverse, catering to all levels, while also being fun and providing a challenge! A month in and I am feeling so much more confident and strong! I am absolutely loving my pilates morning burn and so thankful to Erin for creating such a beautiful space for us to share!

I have been to many of Erin’s classes and she is an amazing Pilates teacher. My first class back after a year off the gym after surgery was with Erin. She was so patient and gave me great alternatives when needed. As a mother herself, she understands the many needs of all of her clients. Great classes, different every time and they really push you. Highly recommend.

I have been attending Erin’s classes for years and she is both knowledgeable, approachable and runs a great reformer class. She caters to all people and their needs/injuries; she clearly knows her stuff! Her classes are never boring, the music is epic and I always leave feeling like I’ve worked my butt off!! This studio is stunning and I can’t wait to keep perfecting my reformer skills here under Erin’s wing!

Best Pilates studio on the beaches.Erin and the girls are amazing, they cater to everyone’s ability and ensure everyone feels very welcome. I recently under went a large operation and tempo have been incredible at helping me build strength and stability. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
