I stayed here with friend very nice erea but ashame theres a lot of crime here brake in to homes and cars the public transport for buses is very poor so if your on holiday dont stay here or you have to be home by 5 pm as the last bus from coomera leaves 5 pmDom

I live in the Heights & rang their office to enquire if i could please get the paint shade the builders used as when we moved in there was scuff marks around skirting area i wanted to touch up. Not only was the woman rude she told me bluntly in a abruptly manner she currently did not have the time.If you do not have the time or patience to service the public don't pick up the phone.

This is a really usual spot! Architecturally, it’s very different.. it’s not exactly a play area, but it’s not, not, a play area.There is an archway that makes you feel like you’ve fallen down a rabbit hole. A big white loopy thing that proved impossible to climb on, we did try! Some upside down houses and steps, and a puffy hedge maze thing, that isn’t really a maze.Lots of area to run around, no toilets from memory however there is a bbq area and seating.It’s a cool place if you’re in the area it’s worth a peek just for house unique it is.

Unimpressed! So many cars parked on the road everywhere which is hard to drive down streets. Huge roundabout has no benefit - waste of land with artwork that is insignificant & not family friendly. Should be bbqs with shaded seating. The new playground is not very impressive considering the amount of land it's on. It's got nothing on the huge playground across the highway for other families. A huge disappointment for this entire estate. Need mums, dads & childrens imput to make it an amazing place, not someone who has no idea about the consept of family outings within your own area! The greens maintenance people are useless. Cut grass too low so it's dead & stands in shrubs crushing plants!

New property development by award winning developer Sunland Group. This is what a truly beautiful masterplanned community can look like. The central park will be second to none and The selection of ultra-modern homes surpass anything in the area. Located on the better side of Pimpama near M1.

Loved the area concept and design.Unique design with quality fixtures. Info structure design and layout well thought out. Happy to have purchased my investment property there

Like, hope that as building starts further back in later stages that variety of house design's may be available to choose from as interested in area in later stages.

A drab, soulless development with virtually no facilities. Many of the properties are already looking run down.It’s depressing to think that thousands of trees were bulldozed to make way for this soon-to-be slum.

Just went for a drive didn't know this place was here.Townhouses look nicequite area
