I love this shop. 2 minutes from my house. I buy a wonderful tea there called Good Earth...soooo yummy and natural. Staff is young and focused...lots of variety there for a small business. Super busy place and so convenient.

What was once our friendly iga, but now under new management has become unfriendly and a soulless place to shop.The staff whom are no longer there always greeted you with a smile and a quick friendly chat. Now that's non existent under the new managemen. Very disappointed! I have also witnessed the management being abusive towards staff. The news is getting around town and people are very disheartened and willing to shop elsewhere.Prices are high and a major lack in variety. Where's the old staff? I imagine they have all been scared away under these disgusting actions.

It is great to have a local store, especially in lockdown conditions. I got most things l needed and recommend the kale, it is excellent. Safer to park around the back at peak times. Love my local IGA

The youngish fella that is often in on the checkout in the liquor area is always super friendly and helpful. Management should be SUPER happy with him as an employee. Wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out.

Most of the staff are friendly, but prices are too high, and sometimes items don't even have prices displayed Produce quality can be very poor e.g.they sell bananas at normal price that are clearly bad (half grey) and should be thrown out - and sell spotted ones even worse in bags at a reduced price. It's such a bad look, and makes their 'community' image regularly spruiked by a celebrity seem farcical

Friendliest staff. Great variety for such a small store. Its a little pricier than other supermarket on a most things accept for fresh fruit and vegetables. If you need help with your bags they are more than happy to help you to your car and put the bags into your boot or where ever you want them placed, only a very small and local supermarket offer this service.

Staff are the best thing about the place products are terrible. It's okay if you are just going there to get milk and bread but that's it. Went in to get some chicken and it was off stank really bad when opened took it back and they swapped it over without a drama at all which was good and staff couldn't be any more helpful.

I’m a regular here and generally like the store . Lately seems to be a new Manager / owner by the name of paul . Not a fan the way he treats customers and is very rude . Also I’ve seen him treating staff poorly on few occasions. He was actually putting down a female checker lady which made me feel sad for her . Not good to treat staff like this especially when customers watching . On a positive note lady at cashier (sorry forget your name ) is always chirpy and happy and makes me smile . She should be store manager :)
