I contacted the Fair Health Care Alliance to find out about the Lifetime Health Cover loading as I was unable to work it out from info on the internet.Mark Henson was a great help in explaining the ins and outs of this and gave me clear and informative advice individually tailored to my situation. Very nice and friendly staff, he answered a lot of questions in nice clear details and well structured.This is my first time trying to set up my private health insurance and I have little ideas about medical structure here in Australia and yeah I asked a lot of silly questions, without being mad he nicely answered and educated me all the knowledge that I need to know about health care package.Definitely recommend them if you have a lot of questions about getting a private health insurance
