Service NSW

Should be open on Saturday mornings for people who work during the week especially commuters that travel to Sydney and Newcastle for work. Pretty much most of not all that I know of others offices service NSW is open on a Saturday morning. Or maybe stay open later on a Thursday or Friday evening.

Located in very convenient place. I been there several times to assist with DT my relatives and family. Very pleasant experience every single time.

Not many places get 5 stars but you deserve it..Toukley branch is always good to visit for rego, licence, any other services needed,, very friendly staff,, when your that good it can be busy sometimes,,but they will work it out,, I'd like to say thank you for your great work guys

So I went into the RMS, was welcome by a man at doors who asked me what service I want and pointed me to see other employee.That's good job, stand near the door ask a question and point the customer to another employee.I went to the touchscreen and press the icon for what service I was after. The employee came over quickly. (Maybe I not suppose to use the touchscreen) and asked how was I paying.I replied by card.To which the employee said the card payment system is down and it cash or online.I said if could have done it online I would have. (CTP holdup online)The thing is why have someone at the door and not inform the customer that card payment system is down.I find it condesending and patronising that an employee is pressing onto a touchscreen icon that I can do myself.I think it would be better if these employees where behind a counter serving people especially the employee at the door.

Good place to find good parking flat walk in no steps,staff at entry great but hard face rude young blonde l saw about my licence let the place down she look like her face would crack if she smiled
