Had my evaporative cooling unit serviced completely by Ark Plumbing 3 months ago, they found some faulty parts that they replaced with new parts and cost me around $900. Unit failed again and they attended at the unit under warranty and now I was told main board is faulty and need to be replaced. They charged me around $250 for cleaned and cleared gutter that I haven’t asked for. Very disappointed. My first and last experience ever. Poor customer service. Will never try them again.

Last year October we called up this company asking to come to our house as underneath our kitchen sink there were some water leaking. A guy so promptly replied our message and came in half an hour. He came with very polite manner and patiently listened to my explanation of the potential issues, then repaired the leaking kitchen sink, unblocked sink, supplied and installed a new drainage for me. I've got to say he's very very organised and professional when I saw him removed and disposed of existing drainage under kitchen sink. To me, I've called so many people before to fix something but only this person is the best, he cleaned up site and the kitchen floor for me as there's some dirt water, I very much appreciated for your neat and tidy manner and service. The technician has carried out the above work to more than my satisfaction. Thank you really for your hard work on that day, you're very reliable and trustworthy. Sure you're probably the best plumbing guy and honest company I've ever encountered in Melbourne, I'll definitely recommend to anyone especially you charged me at a very reasonable price, just want to say thank you. We had a drainage issue, nothing was moving. Called a competitor due after hours and honestly not knowing any better. They spent 4hours and were unable to solving quoting a ridiculous figure for an unnecessary repair. We had Ark Plumbing come to our place for a number of jobs all at once when we moved into our home.
