The service received from these guys was second to none. We booked them to repair our old unit via their website and communication was ongoing from there. Had to buy a new unit and these guys installed within days of purchase. The installation is neat as and very reasonable in cost. Thank you Big Brother for making it such a painless experience. I would not use Big Brother Air Conditioning Services.I am unable to get them to rectify the job they did in November2017.Below is a rectification list after their installation.21/05/20181 Service Call A$120.00Call to inspect MHI 14kW Ducted.Found below installation related faults:Suction line gas leak.Electrical supply dangerously undersized, isolated and advised not to reuse.Indoor unit resting on trusses, no mechanical support or securing devices.
