went to the Abey Showroom to view the ranges that they carry, great service very helpful staff, ended up ordering a black Schock sink and a Gessi kitchen mixer, looks great in my new kitchen.I have the sink for over 12 months now and it still looks like its new. Had to request some info from the aftersales team and they were extremely helpful and got back to me straight away and gave me the info I needed.keep up the good work Abey.

I asked by email if a certain sink is available on display for us to check and no reply at all. Can't be THAT hard, makes me to take my money elsewhere if a $1,300 sale is not worth to be bothered :(Not recommended!

I agree completely with some of the other negative comments up here. I never normally give feedback like this so apologies for the amount of detail here but I am compelled to warn other consumers.The after sales service from this company is very poor. We bought two sinks and one tap from this company spending well over $1000. After a few months of use our black granite sink cracked and leaked into the cabinets below causing damage to the shelves and cabinetry.We raised a warranty issue and there were not issues at first,. They asked for photos which we sent in and they said this is a warranty issue. They sent a plumber to fix it. However the plumber said it was too risky to remove and might crack our bench top. So we contacted Abey to say we will get our bench top people to remove it and reinstall it and if they could cover the $385 cost to do this. The lady from Abey on the phone admitted that this particular granite sink was known to have a problem and crack and that they had made improvements to its design.Suddenly Abby called me and a man proceeded to berate me and said it was installed incorrectly and had been expoxied in to place. However, the plumber had confirmed it definitely was not expoxied in and we had silicone. I asked him to please check his facts again because I believe he was mistaken.He then said well it doesn't have the little clips. I pointed out it was a very tight space and thin porcelain. bench top and the clips didn't fit. He said no clips voids the warranty. I asked him if not having the clips caused the crack. He said ti would not. but that it immediately voids the warranty.However, H=he said no but then proceeded to say the crack was caused by something dropping in the sink and it was our fault. The most upsetting thing about this was his very aggressive tone and terrible attitude. His only goal was to weasel his way out of the warranty claim. He almost took joy in proclaiming, we won't be covering the warranty and we won't be coming back out". Abby make nice looking sinks but their quality is rubbish and their after sales support is the worst I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Avoid this company at all costs. Caveat emptor."

Agree with all the negative comments about warranty and service. Abey have avoided at all cost trying to rectify a problem with a product that came straight out of the box faulty. BAD BAD BAD service. Will not recommend their product to anyone. THEIR WARRANTY IS USELESS.

Filled our warranty on Thursday replacement sent on Friday, received on Monday. Could not have asked for any better.

Warranty is a waste of time, wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing, buyer beware, stay clear of this company! Even the retailer sales lady warned us about Abey's disgusting aftersales reputation, we didn't listen. Wish we had!

If you hope to have any aftersales warranty, stay clear of Abey. They'll use absolutely any excuse to get out of it. To be fair, we were warned by the place we bought our bathroom from about Abey being dodgy. Live and learn
