Gone down hill quick, first time was good, second ok. Third time, forgot our fish, even though I asked of everything was in the wrapped package. Second guessed, took a look and discovered missing $30 worth of fush. Had to take it back, only to get home and discover missing more. Min chips is very small.

Very fast delivery, but the food is absolutely terrible. I had to force it down even though I was starving. Souvies overfilled with sauce, as that's all you can taste. Chips were nice, but not when you ask for gravy 'on the side' and it's poured over one half side of the chips. The rest is just ok. It def wouldn't even be open closer to Melbourne, let alone for the price. Lots of work needs doing on food training and prep. As I said, excellent timing though.However, I would love to wait an extra 15 min or so for decent food.

Went into bk's with my partner and was served by kyle, my partner had ordered some take out already made, i ordered a chicken burger and chips i notice people walking in after me placing orders and receiving them in 5 to 10 minutes i wondered where mine was i looked at kyle a few times, he looked at me and smiled so thought is was coming, 25 minutes had pasted, me and my partner went to the counter and asked were the chicken burger and chips was, kyle looked funny and said what chicken burger and chips i said the ones i just ordered 25 minutes ago, he said sorry i forgot to give your order to the chef sorry about that, i said i've been looking at you quite a few times and you have look at me and done nothing i said everyone else is eating and i'm left hungry i asked for a full refund and told them i won't be back i have coming here for years and will be ringing head office

Food is great! The place looks nice and is clean. I had the 'Brendon Burger' which was absolutely massive, it was delicious and filled me up for the trip to the wilsons promotry

This store doesn't even deserve a single star. For the price, the serving sizes are a rip off and the food is trash. Way too much gravy, not enough actual food. Staff need REAL training on food prepping, this is just getting ridiculous. Have been a few times, thought I should give it a real shot, was disappointed that I got the same level of service every time.

Just went in to grab a coffee from trafalgar store. Asked for latte. Young girl was on her own clearly inexperienced. Left milk boiling in jug while she attended to a milk shake order. As she poured at put the lid on she said oh you wanted a latte- I didn't do enough froth. I said I don't want a flat white and she said there is some froth there and i am still learning. I asked for it around 70 degrees but here I am 1/2 hour later in Traralgon and still can't drink it! Don't put these young kids on to do this job without training. Love my coffee and very disappointed. Last time
