My experience is with Alana Boylson who is their settlement agent. Alana is fantastic, very customer orientated. They lady is nothing the best of the best who very sincere, compassionate and professional in her work.She has supported me all the way right from the preliminary stages of selling my house without an estate agent. She made it seems like a walk in the park. The fee I paid I felt was not sufficient to compensate her and she will not accept any more than the standard fee. What was a shame! Thank you very much, Alana. All your efforts are much appreciated.Without you, I will not have survived the saga and whole process.I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends and relatives.
