EE GROUP

i have a bad service with they i don`t recommending them to any of my friends.all i have to say it just be carry full they give you a warranty but if is any things go wrong with your drone they will ask you and they ask you so they don`t fix it. i have a warranty with them and they want to charge me $88 per hear but DJI charge $66 it keep you thinking yes me to i contact DJI and they fix my drone under warranty and no postage cost as they want me to pay for the postage .all i have to say this is bad store with very bad service they give me invoice through my pay pal with $950 to pay it i do`t understand why (think again before buying anythings from this store)if you have any problem JUST go the DJI direct just do`t wasted your time you going no way with them.

Catastrophe to deal with. Terrible service. DO NOT buy from these guys.

These guys are awesome!! One week before Xmas holidays my drone needed urgent repairs. I took it in on Monday morning and it was ready for me by Thursday afternoon. Lee and Luke both went above and beyond to have my drone ready and flying like new. Thank you!!!

Product they sold failed during normal operation. Refused replacement. They offered repair for a fee. When escalated their quote was substantially higher than the manufacturer stated. Will be filing an ACCC Complaint for unethical business practices.

Has taken care of me twice on P3P and P4P issues and was never charged for even postage return. I've been to their facilities and they are polite and helpful with testing.

Having spent 10k here previously, I ordered the Air2, it was delivered 3 weeks late AND BROKEN. A second Air2 was then given to me with a broken lens. I notified them within 20 hours of delivery and was denied warranty.

EE group just replaced my insta360 under warrantee where I lost the camera overboard whilst sailing due to a selfie stick failure - what can i say - amazingly responsive, communicative and excellent customer service.

I have had a pleasant experience liaising with the Team at EE Group. All my conversations have been polite, informative, professional and timely. It will be my pleasure to continue to do business with EE Group. My thanks to Stan, Ben and the Team for their time and expertise in helping me select the product that was right for my context. I didn't buy my drone here but they fixed mine perfectly in a three weeks even if I was in Queensland.

Stay right away from those bunch. They are not reliable and their products is very poor quality compare what they advertise.Like EE Cube Projectors, Lithium Batteries, Solar Panels and many more items. Search what belongs to them before you consider purchasing.You will have nothing then a headache....
