Goldmark Southport

Came to store using website for trading hours. SUNDAY 10.00am opening. At 10.10am 3 ladies inside yet no venture to open up. Interesting how in businesses that wants customer support this stores workers aren't into service.

Absolutely horrible experience! Don't ever shop here. The woman named 'Sue' saw us enter the shop, I was interested in purchasing a gift for my mother. She didn't say hello, gave us a dirty look and then continued to ignore us for upward of 15 minutes. Another girl was working and after I approached her saying I was interested in purchasing an item she rolled her eyes grabbed her key and handed me the item. She didn't discuss it further or offer to show me other items. When it came to paying I was asked if that was really all I was buying?" Along with other rude statements. She then proceeded to try and charge me $59.90 rather than the $45 that was on the tag and got irritated when I said the price was wrong. Then 'sue' came over making rude statements and jokes about the situation. A customer that came in after me was served and was treated with respect

My husband and I recently visited the Goldmark Jewellers store at Australia Fair Southport Gold Coast and had an excellent experience. Renae was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she was able to answer all of our questions and help us find the perfect gift for our friends daughters 21st birthday.The other staff there were also very helpful in having the items nicely boxed for us. The staff were friendly and professional,and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewellery.

Erin's knowledge and customer service was above and beyond what I could expect. The other staff member whoms name i didn't catch was also extremely friendly. Absoultley amazing experience and both staff had me leave smiling, making the Christmas time shopping that bit easy.

Was served by Erin and she was amazing. Had a subpar experience with a faulty I tried to return at Helensvale shop and ended up getting a mouthful from their manager.Went to see Erin in Southport shop and she sorted me out straight away, most amazing service she’s the most bubbly person and really knows her stuff.Thanks so much Erin xx
