Gold Coast Antennas

Contacted Gold Coast Antennas and Brendan came out yesterday afternoon. One of our TV's was pixelating and we had not been able to watch it for weeks, although our other TV was working perfectly. I had tried everything to try and make it work! Brendan went through the process of elimination, testing the reception from both TV's and then checking the aerial inside the roof. He found damage to the wiring at the aerial site in the roof that was really bad & quite dangerous, took photos for us and corrected the problem straight away. He then replaced the aerial connection also at the back of the TV & tackled the problem we had with not being able to stream via chromecast to watch Netflix and utube. He reset the TV and re-connected the chromecast via my iphone. and it's connections. Thank you Brendan! He then re-connected my husband's printer to his computer, as it had not been able to print. Everything fixed and now working perfectly! Brendan was prompt, courteous, respectful and efficient and is such a lovely young man. We are so grateful to have found him and would highly recommend him to anyone that is having any problems with their TV, internet or mobile phone settings and connections. Thank you so much Brendan! He is the bomb!!!

Had Brendan from Gold Coast Antennas come out today to help us after the crazy storms we had. We had lost all TV reception, he worked quickly to diagnose the issue and replace our amplifier which had filled with water.While here we also got him to run ethernet cable from our modem in the garage to our TV's and office.

He fixed the issue but was late for both bookings and left broken antenna bits On my roof

Had Brendan out a few weekends ago to replace my old, broken tv antenna as we weren’t getting a picture on most channels and the signal was terrible.Since having it replaced, there’s been no issues and the picture is crisp. Brendan’s service was prompt, friendly and well priced, we would definitely recommend and use him again.
