ZERO STARS. This courier service is an absolute scam. Parcel was meant to arrive on Tuesday, no tracking details had been updated for a long time so I called them. It’s very obvious that any customer service representative is reading off a pre-organised script because nothing is genuine. Told me that they’d send it to the “resolutions team” and they’d contact me within 24 hours. Nothing. Parcel tracking got changed to “delivered” the next day but nothing came. Even had the business name on the details. Called them again and they gave me the same spill about the “resolutions team”. Asked to speak directly to this team and they said no. Then asked them to check what the address was that the driver delivered to, who signed for it, if it was left out or if there’s a picture of it. Told me they couldn’t tell me anything about it because a “third party” courier service had delivered it so they had no details of the parcel or where it was delivered to. Asked to speak directly to the third party courier and they said they can’t do that because it’s a breach of their discretion. They told me they would give this to the resolutions team and they’d contact me by end of day. 4:30pm now and they won’t answer my calls. My items were custom made business samples that took 8 week to construct and cannot be replaced. Absolutely disgusting way to run a business. Why bother offering a courier service if you can’t deliver parcels to the right address or help your customers in these situations.

Avoid them at all cost. Really hope that all businesses do not use their services at all.Delivery was delayed and no updates were given except that please wait for 1-2 business days and your delivery will arrive.Tracking website is utterly useless too, where the ETA is not provided anymore and only showing “If urgent, contact us”.Right now, it doesn’t seem that any delivery is planned from them at all and I’ve no idea if the item is actually with them or if they’ve lost it or someone there has stolen them.Updates: Thanks for sending through a contact form that is a complete waste of my time as no one is able to provide me with any updates at all. Stop telling us that you will respond within 2 business days or whatsoever when you can’t fulfil what you say yourself.

If it was possible I would leave zero star. I bought few items from Amazon and only one of them couldn't be delivered to my parcel locker and therefore I had to provide my residential address. That item was supposed to get delivered by Please Couriers.First attempt was done and failed. I was home, no one called the intercom. I called their customer support and have been told second delivery attempt will be organised. I also asked my mobile number to get shared with the driver in case he has difficulty using our intercom. I was told to expect delivery in the next 24 hours. Nothing happened.Called support again and been told delivery will happen in the next 24 hours (48 hours after the first support call). I got another email from Amazon on the second day, telling me the second delivery also failed. No one called the intercom and neither my phone. Called support again and they told me there is no response from their driver! Amazing! A driver that doesn't respond to its company and can't follow simple instruction on calling a mobile number and also can't use intercom to call an apartment unit. Please send your drivers to some very basic training on how to read and follow instructions.Called the support again and asked to stop these failed deliveries and instead let me to come and pick the parcel from their depot. Now I have to wait to get an email regarding next steps, and if they manage to get their act together, I will need to drive who knows how far and collect my parcel. I am very pleased Please Couriers!If you value your time and sanity, simply don't go near this company.

Google needs to start having a minus score as couriers please besides aramax are the worst delivery company around. I'm actually still waiting on a package from them and each Monday I ring and get told we will update you within 24 hours. Never happens if you can avoid the headache and don't use them

ZERO stars! I DO NOT recommend Couriers Please. I booked and paid for 2 parcels to be picked up 7 days ago and they are still sitting here waiting. My customer wants a refund! I can find any possible way to talk to anyone from customer service. Even your online live chat is a bot! I have now sent my parcels with another company so I would like a refund please. How do I go about it as you seem to have zero customer service options. Seriously unhappy with this company and it's lack (zero) communications. Please don't give me your standard cut and pasted reply, I am not interested. My next step is to pass the matter over to the Ombudsman's office and see if they can get some answers out of you!

Very slack at getting items delivered, they don’t even call you or notify you before. Leaving a note for us to have to go collect from a nearby location. This happened on numerous occasions. We order stuff from next. Call the Customer Service who could not get the driver to turn around 10 minutes after we ‘missed the mail’.If you want to resolve this, contact me Ticket# 6614728. Please don’t ask me to complete your link and contact you again as that doesn’t seem to work.

Lost my parcel 23 Feb. Took them until 11 April to investigate" this and their response after all that time is "Please coordinate with your sender/supplier for any form of compensation. The supplier/sender must lodge a claim for you.".It was a huge box of toilet paper they managed to "lose". The toilet paper supplier sent us a free replacement no problems at all. They must be used to having their products lost by Courier Please. Hopefully they take their business to a more reliable courier company.In the meantime Courier Please misplaced another parcel of ours

Courier company with couriers that can’t do their job properly. Fundamental job for a courier is to deliver items , and they cannot do it, what’s the point? The courier just gave up delivering my item and left without trying, not even a bell nor phone call, i was home all day and the courier said i missed the delivery as no one is home. Trying to call the company waiting for 1 hour to pick up the call. The lady on the phone was nice tho, must be hard to work as a customer service at this company cos the courier messed up the simplest thing. I asked the customer service to tell the courier to go back and deliver it ASAP but deliver it to news agency instead. Almost useless. Almost.
