Give yourself a favour and do not go this store for a hair cut.The guy has a limited English language skills so hard to communicate and more importantly has zero knowledge about the hair cut and claimed to be a master.Very unprofessional.

I went to this hairdresser with some trepidation after reading some of the reviews. The language barrier I didn't believe would cause a problem and it didn't I found the criticisms to be unfounded. I left with a very professional cut in fact I feel fantastic! Language barriers can be overcome with some tolerance! I thoroughly recommend this person!

I wanted a straight trim. I left with an incredibly layered choppy mullet looking thing on one side, with a straggly bob on the other. He would not listen to what I wanted and charged me the surcharge for long hair despite my hair being shoulder length. My hair is now so thin I can hardly put it in a pony tail. I am distraught.

Very disgusting service,zero knowledge about hair cut, unprofessional. Language barrier, doesnot comprehend what the customer wants, never listen to what I was trying to say, I spend 2 hours for nothing, full wastage of my money, time and hair. Now, I am left with unpattern bob cut, can't even make a ponytail, ruined my day and more surprisingly, he charged me for the treatment that I did nt ask for, does not even have eftpos. Would not recommend anyone.
