What an amazing team! I HIGHLY recommend Project Floors & Design. From the beginning of our quote request right through to the end after floor installation they were nothing short of amazing. So helpful, very knowledgeable and customer service exceptional.

Very happy with flooring- wide variety for choice, staff were very helpful and quick to address a few minor issues, especially David. We had window furnishings done at the same time- so easy to arrange measure and install and very impressed with our shutters and roller blind! High quality and looks.

Great Store for wide range of flooring options and colors and finishes. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Been around for donkey years so only offer trouble free products and stand behind their products. Easy street and off street parking. Recommended.

Seriously, a joke of a business. Had them do our commercial kitchen floor.Faulty workmanship that didn't last more than a couple of weeks with split joins and bubbled sections of vinyl that we sent to them within the first few weeks to show them. Most likely because they re-used a section of existing damaged substrate rather than replacing it - which we pointed out to them - however they said it will be fine to reuse it. But that's exactly where most (but not all of their faults) were present.We had also damaged part of the floor ourselves and we asked for them to cover their faulty install and we would cover the part we had damaged - which they said they would do.So when it finally comes time that we can get the work done, we get the runaround for weeks and then are finally told no we're not covering anything but we will re-do the floor for you as a new job on your dollar".All in all
