JC did a very fine job with repairing one of my pretty severe hit and runs, when other places simply recommended replacing the whole panel of quoted me pretty exorbitant fees. Very satisfied with the service.Must note that they did lose my front tow hook cover and even though I paid for them to acquire the part for me, I never got it. I did follow up a dozen times but eventually gave up and just went to Volvo to get my part. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt though, I don’t see a reason for swindling 40 dollars.Overall the job was well done. Thanks.

Well received and managed. They took care omy car. A the family business and also professional. They communicated clearly the problem and had the car fixed within a few days and returned it to my home address, fully repaired. I didn't have to drive it there. I didn't have to pick it up. That saved me hips of time so I could do my own work. I work mainly from home. They organised the assessment with NRMA and the whole job was their responsibility.
