Had one of my best nail experiences here today. The lady Tracy seemed like a perfectionist and did do my nails just perfect. I’m so pleased with my experience, plus they many nail colours! Definitely going back

Great staff 'especially the boss' and quality nails service. Highly recommend, I've been coming since they open and won't go anywhere else. I travel 1/2 hour for the best!

This was a baffling experience. I went in there to remove my SNS manicure. Not so simple as it seems! First of all, not all the SNS was removed completely (it is quite blotchy and still patches of SNS base coat residue). The lady couldn’t shape my nails to save her life - all I wanted was rounded. There’s residue all over my skin. My nail beds were buffed unevenly. There is fluff still attached to my nails (from the cotton used). I washed my hands thoroughly and got her to re-shape it. After a while I just gave up on her, there’s just no hope! I got a regular pedicure too (absolutely horrendous). The lady used a paper towel to dry my legs! Yes, a paper towel!!!!! She got the gel polish all over my feet too. I paid $65 for this experience. Not sure if I should be mad or just baffled at how lazy the service was. (These images were taken 5 minutes after walking out of there!) Yikes!

I got my nails done for the first time in my life, and I am so happy with the result. The lady who did my nails was nice and answered the questions that I had with no judgment. And she made sure that I liked the length as well as the pattern many times throughout the session. Overall a lovely experience and I now understand why people like getting their nails done!

I had refills done and after a week getting them done they were starting to snap off which shouldn't happen. I had called to let them know so I could come and fix them but they pretty much said that I was doing something wrong and that's why they they snapped off. I have been getting my nails done for years and seems to only happen when I go there, sorry but will not be coming back due to the lack of customer service I received.

Worst set of acrylics I’ve ever had, bumpy and fat. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. Don’t waste your money…

I was very disappointed with my daughters nails when she left. They were thick, uneven and looked chunky. I returned the next day is discuss this and try to find a mutal resolution. The lady I spoke with deflected any fault of theirs. She didn't understand what I was telling her and kept escalating her voice. I've never had a service that has refused to fix a fault. They also charged my daughter $55 for refills. When I questioned this I was told my daughter got a full new set because she didnt have tips on when actually they did a new set 3 weeks prior. We then went to Professionail at Golden Grove who fixed the problems efficiently, fast and friendly.

I travel over half an hour to come here. They are very friendly, professional and since Covid they have been cleaning more. I just go in for a refill, but after a pedicure they clean the chair and wipe down everywhere the customer touched before next customer, which is good. The salon is also very pretty, have ALOT of colour selections and nails turn our perfect.

I have come here about 4-5 times as this is the most convienant nail salon for me and honestly each time I have come i am disappointed. The service is never great. The girls there are very unfriendly, even the owner, thus making my trips there very unpleasant and it makes me honestly a little anxious. Whenever i make an appointment, I still have to wait, sometimes even 20-30 minutes which is honestly unacceptable. Last time I got my nails done, the lady scratched me with the drill. My nail bled and she did not even apologise. No discount or any form of apology was made which was so rude and unprofessional. Another time I had a different lady, and she was so rough with me. It felt like she was drilling my entire nail off and she kept pressing and holding my fingers so tightly. I tried to tell her to be more gentle but she could not understand me. Overall, really disappointing service and experience.

Pretty good. I didn't like the first time I went as I got matte nails and they were poorly done and looked like a streaky chalkboard, to which I had to pay an extra $5 to apply a gloss coat the next day because they were mediocre. I decided to go back again as it's quite close to my house and really enjoyed (Zoe?). Something I didn't realise is that they won't give you a manicure unless you request it. I would say ignorance on my part but I've been to many nail salons and a manicure is always included with new nails so having to ask was odd to me. The manicures are very detailed though, some of the best attention to detail I've seen. Beyond that, they do lovely ombre nails and they were able to apply stickers I brought in once as well. I'd recommend them now that I've figured out all the things to ask for them to do.
