CBD Watch Repairs

Best service I have found with a Watch Repair/Service company - example - I had a issue with one of my chronograph watches that needed attention so contacted a local outfit near home who advised would be 2 weeks for a quote and then another 2 weeks for the repair. I walked into CBD whilst at work at 12:30, I left at 12:50 with my watch issue fixed, a new battery and my bracelet resized. All done for well under $40 Legends. Thank you.

Tremendous customer service; quick, easy, and friendly help to repair and replace my watch band. Cain did a great job of representing this small business that really is worth supporting. Highly recommended.

Troy and team are absolutely fantastic watchmakers. They took my Breitling to replace the battery, when I unfortunately turned out it was an issue only solvable at the Breitling store. They didn't charge me for this ($30 would have been a bargain), cleaned my watch and band, and reset my time all for free in the end. Unbelievable service.

Great service, honest to deal with, know their stuff. Been there twice now, once for a battery replacement and second time to get a repair to a Timex. Recommend them for sure.

Was in Brisbane on business when the strap for my Seiko Dive watch broke. These guys had the replacements (generic) and fitted it for me in a couple minutes for 40 bucks. Happy customer.

What an excellent customer and service experience. Two watches in - one for battery, another for a defective date adjustment. Date adjustment was repaired at no cost. Nearly fell over. Will definitely be returning for all my needs from now on. Well done to the proprietor, Troy.

What a legend. I came in with concerns about my watch so he happily measured it and opened it up. He unfortunately confirmed my suspicions, it finally needs a proper service. Very nice guy! I recommend!Edit and 2023 update: Came back 2 years later with a different watch looking for a small screw. They supplied and fitted it for free. Legends.

Troy and his team did amazing work with my late grandfathers Omega. I dropped it off in pieces, in a glad bag and picked it up fully restored and running beautifully. And to top it off, I was charged a very reasonable price. No wonder Troy and his team have such great reviews! Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly, approachable, professional and efficient service. I had a very simple problem with my watch band and just walked in, fixed on the spot with a great smile and customer service. They fixed what could have ruined my day, instead a quick search led me to this place and it turned out to be the highlight of my day. Good to see these places still exist.The entrance could be a bit difficult to find, but the entrance is pretty much embedded into the old National Bank Building. Number 180 is off to the entrance on the left, where there is a small lift lobby and stair case. Note that the stairs don't lead all the way to level 2 where these guys are located, so use the lifts. I don't know how many times I've walked down Queen St Mall, but I wouldn't have guessed this place even existed (along with all of the other business in here) if it wasn't for this chance visit.Great work guys, and thank you again.
