The price was very reasonable and the quote was nicely detailed so there was no question how he arrived at the total sum. I was in contact with Sam throughout the entire process. They were easy to talk to and happy to answer all my questions. I felt that customer satisfaction with the finished work was important to them. Sam from Boss Timber Flooring removed and replaced our old timber floors and also sanded back , repaired and restrained our staircase. I can’t recommend Sam highly enough , he gave us a very fair quote and was really helpful when making final decisions. He is extremely particular and thorough , always on time and his work is outstanding .
