Beautiful Salon, Great staff but unable to communicate and offer resolution to a bad colour service. I have high maintenance blonde foiled hair. I had 3 appointments about 6-8 weeks apart. Each time the bleach was rinsed off too soon, leaving a brassy and or orange colour, an ash toner helped, it looked great when I left each time. Every time I washed my hair when I got home the toner rinsed out, making the next 6 weeks very hard to tone it every few days. It is a problem many people have, I mentioned it each time but was blamed for the result. The 3rd time I was given a bleach bath as well as buying every product to maintain it. I have orange hair again! I complained the 3rd time, but was blamed again and met with denial. I would've liked to continue going there but not happy paying top dollar and having orange hair. 8/6/23 I went to another salon, The professional opinion was that I'd had a root stretch, unbeknown to me. I have had it recoloured without a problem and I love it.

I have natural curly hair and I love having my hair long, but the sides short I love having puffy hair and hair that curls but when I get all my hair cut off I can't do anything with it and it doesn't curl naturally, like I said I love puffy hair and it has all been cut off, now my hair is short, straight and way too thin I could count each hair on my head, I asked for the top to not be cut but still it got cut and even after my mum commenting on it also a couple times saying how I want my hair long at the top well guess I am going into school photos embarassed
