I normally have no issues. But I can’t get over the blatant ableism, and lack of respect by the owners. I have seen it a few times before, but today when I visited one of the owners cars was parked in their only disabled bay. When I tried to explain why they can’t do this. They couldn’t care less.

Last time I went there , the attitude was quiet bad by all staff including management. I used to go there often to get coffee etc but no more . Last time I went to there i got few coffees and ice coffee. I had my handsful and while carrying ice coffee cup and accidently squeezed it and all the ice popped out of cup. (plastic cup with just ice in it to put under coffee machine ) . So i got another one . Of course staff saw that and i apologized for the accident . Anyway after paying for my coffees they made me pay for the ice coffee that i didn't actually end up having . So they charged me ice coffee price fir just a plastic cup with ice in it which was accidentally dropped. No coffee in it yet at all. Come on... seriously! $2 for nothing ? Get real . And the attitude was the icing on the cake . Is that how you treat customers that go back to you regularly buying multiple number of coffees each time ? Thanks but no thanks

The Punjab behind the counter ripped me off $0.30 for a bottle of drink. The product was clearly marked at $5.70, but he insisted it was $6.00 (overpriced in any case)!He refused to go down the back with me and check the price in the cabinet with him. I urgently needed the product for a person not well, so paid it.Indians are cheapskates at the best of times in their own country, but not Australia! Avoid this franchise everyone!

Great for that late night snack.

Good coffee but little else. Fuel is overpriced. Hot food is generally soggy and full of gristle. Sandwiches and rolls are bland, overchilled and prepared in a manner that misleads one into thinking there is more filling than there actually is.
