Mr. Paul Festa designs are poor and lacks the common sense ( not to be constructed) , also his construction certificate drawings had several mistakes which reveals his lack of know how compared to other industry professionals.But the most ironic thing is that he uses an extinct engineer called Ghaly Botros whom non of his work is correct in fact he copies & paste structural & hydraulic designs not even related to site.anyway Paul Festa & his engineer are highly not recommended as they will cost you ten's of thousands of $$$$$ in variations to fix their nonsense designs ( if I can call it designs).

Really appreciate for everything you have done during the design and application period. The architect was so nice and done an excellent work for the site design. I would suggest my friends to come and enjoy the service.
