Was running early for a meal booking somewhere else so decided to stop in for a tasting. The new cellar door feels state of the art and definitely has the wow factor. The tasting experience didn't let it down either. Tracey took us through the wines, starting though with picking a different Riedel glass each so that we could experience the same wines but differently between the 2 of us. She was also amazingly accommodating of our toddler and baby who were in tow. She was absolutely amazing, I can't commend her and her service enough. The wines were amazing too!We will definitely be back!!

Delicious wines and a beautifully thought out space for tasting. Had the privilege of being taken through the tasting by winemaker Campbell who provided a wonderful experience - thank you. The Squid Ink Shiraz was absolutely beautiful, highly recommend a visit.

A very big THANKYOU and congratulations to John, and the THICKER THAN WATER team. The new cellar door is truly impressive. We all know the wines are outstanding, but a visit to their new spot last Saturday was one to rave about. It will remain a top one for all future visits, whether it’s to proudly show off our beautiful McLaren Vale area to visitors, or just an idyllic glass of wine or 2 on your picturesque balcony.Keep up the amazing work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service from Laura today was amazing. The new space had an amazing feel with flowing vineyards on both sides. The wine is exceptional in quality and depth of flavour. With a vast range of vintages available. Anyone in McLaren Vale or visiting needs to check this place out. Would give it 6 stars if I could

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Thicker Than Water Wines and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations.Picturesque location with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards.Knowledgeable and friendly host who expertly guided us through the tasting menu. I especially loved getting to choose which style glass I could do my tasting in.The wines themselves were exceptional which you can see by the multiple awards shown on their labels.An exceptional wine tasting journey.I can't wait to go back!
