Room was clean, but the man at the desk told us we didn't have a reservation (we did), had to book another motel at VERY short notice, and then the man called us a few hours later asking us why we hadn't showed up.

Unpretentious, homely, clean and friendly. Perfect for an overnight stay. Tea pot and leaf tea made for a great cuppa to relax with after driving. Would definitely stop and stay here again

Excellent place to stay for the night. The Chinese restaurant at the entrance serves great tucker. And across the street is an excellent place for breakfast.

Friendly and inviting staff. Perfect location, walking distance to the local shops, pubs and cafes. Clean room, big bathroom and stocked well with coffee, sugar & loose leaf tea. Micowave, toaster, kettle. All the basic needs for a comfortable stay. Definetly recommend.

What a rude arrogant man to deal with. Made a phone booking and just because he couldn’t take a phone number correctly gave the room away before we arrived there at 6.30pm. Had to sleep in my car. At the time of booking he was told the arrival time. Absolutely arrogant to talk to.

Fabulously located. Comfortable clean well sized room (I'd have given 5 stars if there'd been milk in the fridge and the coffee mug was checked for cleanliness). Loved that there was a restaurant connected, made getting a meal a dream. A definite stay option if we need a place to kip next time we're passing through.

My sister and I stayed there after visiting our terminally ill brother in Rockhampton and wanted to break the drive halfway to the Gold Coast where we live. We liked it there very much. We'd definitely return. It's my second time there, btw. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Fantastic location too.

Not very clean. Bench tops, power points and appliances all needed to be cleaned before use. 2 out of 3 Bed head fluro lights did not work. Wouldn't stay there again.

Older style country motel located on the main Street of Town.(side street access)Booked via phone while driving at night and suited our needs. Large room, Comfy beds and a good shower. Doesn't supply milk for cuppa but IGA is practically 3mins walk- shops.
