I took my wife here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and fantastic service. We'll definitely be coming back.

Henry Sugar is a beautiful, intimate restaurant that explores the boutique wines. Staff here are super friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable on their whole menu and more. Ambience is perfect for a catch up with friends or date night with soft lighting and great background tunes. Food menu here is unique, exploring some great combinations with some great in house bread, Vegemite and more. Servings sizes are built to share and they have great flavours.

Good food and wine. There’s an ala carte menu and a $85 tasting menu with a few items exclusive to tasting menu. The bread with Vegemite butter, fries, kangaroo skewer and pork were our favourites, and all the desserts were unique and tasty. Good selection of local and European wines. We tried a nice bottle of Austrian red. Great hospitality and a relaxed comfortable seating area. Parking was quite easy to find around the side streets.

What a fantastic neighbourhood find. We went on a Monday and the vibe was electric with some awesome tunes.The food was superb and the service was friendly and attentive.Definitely going back.

We are always very impressed with the quality and variety of food on offer. The service was excellent and the wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A fitting restaurant for a couples dinner, a group food fest or for drop in drinks and snacks. We will be back there soon. Thanks guys

Exquisite atmosphere and ambience, especially the fire. Lovely, helpful and genuine staff. We ordered vegetarian only dishes and had a delicious spread. Some great flavours combinations - every dish was a bit exciting and presented beautifully. Something for everyone.The wine list is also fantastic, someone who wasn't drinking had a 'no-groni'. We were all considered and catered for. Lastly, the room is acoustically very good so that conversations were intimate and the room wasn't noisy like a lot of modern dining experiences. Brilliant.

You know how brilliant somewhere is when you can’t stop talking about it!First timer and not the last timer.We celebrated a milestone birthday and our experience was absolutely sublime! The chefs menu was exceptional and every single course was executed with thought, passion and perfection.The coconut oil washed rum pina was absolutely delicious as was the never never gin w fermented rhubarb, rosemary and grapefruit.Fabulous and friendly staff and the music was absolutely on point.
