1hour and a half to get a new phone, that’s insane.Update***2nd day trying to get an appointment IMPOSSIBLE. Wrote an email to book an appointment no answer, went to the store and definitely not good customer service.

I have used this store on many occasions today was the best experience I have had at this store. The young lady that looked after me, fixed my problem and helped me with using my accumulated points. It is the first time I have ever left the store happy.

Really poor service.Friendly but does not even slightly go out of their way to assist nor are even knowledgeable.The service time was dreadful but it's typically to be expected when you are a walk-in without an appointment.I informed them I was after a phone bundle that comes with a watch and asked if they had specific colours and models in stock for both. They advised they didn't have the colour I was after and I had to push for other alternatives such as whether other stores had stock or could things be ordered in. They also advised me that the phone I wanted came in 1 storage size which I've now confirmed is completely incorrect and there was even stock of larger sizes. They also didn't know anything about previous models or tried to find out from other staff and struggled to find out via Google. On top of that they only found out later that you actually don't get the bundle bonus item in store and have to do it yourself later online, to which they didn't have any information about it.They were lovely but overall it was a pretty shocking and poor service. I understand if they were new but you'd still expect someone at least doing bare minimum with trying to help you rather than making you have to push for anything, let alone giving you multiple occurrences of incorrect information.

Were told it would be a 2 hour wait, went back after the 2 hours just for them to say another hour, then later received a call saying they’ve run out of time and they can’t help us and to come back tomorrow. Waited from 2pm-5:30pm. We waited around the shopping centre for 3 hours just to be told it was all for nothing. Even said they had no available appointments the next morning and to just show up, with the risk of being screwed around again. Seems to be understaffed and very dissatisfied with how much time I wasted which could have been avoided. No structure whatsoever

I was told that they were fully booked, did not offer an appointment. 3 other staff sitting and chatting to each other.Only when I got up at them for bad customer service, 4 staff approached me just to ask what's the problem. 4 staff approached me, wow shows how busy you guys were. At least treat a customer with an appointment, 'slackers'.

Went in to recharge my elderly parents phone as I have done for the last 3 years. Was met by a young lady who asked if she could help I asked her if I could do the recharge, never asked what the number was or anything just proceeded to punch out a 12 month/1 year voucher when I said that I didn’t need a voucher I just pay the money to continue the service she stated we don’t do that here. This is the way we do it I said no worries give me a refund and I will go to Springfield and just do it as I have done over the last 3 years then she said we don’t do refunds. At this point a security guard come over asked if she was ok, at no time was I rude or abrupt but I did ask some hard questions and her reply was “ I have been here 6 years and we have never done it the way you requested”. So no refund or maybe it could be done this way to help as soon as my transaction was authorised she had no interest in anything I said or asked. From now on anything I have to do with Telstra certainly won’t be done at Riverlink I will enjoy the drive to another store. I know there is always good and bad experiences but this is the worst I have ever experienced at a Telstra store and will never return to it.Well it seems the service doesn’t get any better, I replied to Christine as per her request a week ago and guess what I haven’t heard a thing from her so I’m assuming they are only providing lip service to my complaint to make themselves seem to be doing something.Evening Christine,I have forwarded my original email to the store manager and I’m just waiting for someone to contact me.RegardsDave

Abysmal management and organisation overall. Have to book and yet they are unable to schedule a time that suits. Can't book in advance either. Some of the staff are also lacking in social skills (very poor manerisms and tone). Terrible customer experience!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Customers that walked after me were served before me, and it was obvious they did not have an appointment. I finally got a staff member to look at me and explained all I needed was a replacement sim card only to be told she couldn't help me and to wait for someone else.There are a lot of staff wandering about not doing much at all. The tall girl with the long blonde hair is very rude.
