Disgraceful and highly unprofessional service. It has been almost 2 months since we left the property and we are yet to receive our bond. We enquired repeatedly over a month before we heard anything back. Then, a month after we left, during which time they held many inspections with prospective renters, they retrospectively decided that we had broken a handle. Whenever we have called to discuss the issue, we have either not been able to get through or been rudely yelled over by the agent. Throughout our dealings, they have been consistently deceitful and dishonest. Do NOT rent through this agency.UPDATE - It has now been 5 months since we moved out and we are still receiving routine inspection notifications (not that any actually occurred during our time there). Pathetic system from a pathetic agency.FYI - I am not a paid poster, and it is very telling that this agency has resorted to these accusations to discredit me and other reviewers with similar negative experiences.

At the end of the lease they withheld my rent that was overpaid. 6 months later. Still won’t return it. Each time saying something else was broken that was no in end of lease condition report. They are lying thieves. Do not rent from this real estate company

It took 4 weeks for anyone from the business to respond to our Bond return request, at which point they had decided that a loose door handle required a handyman fix it at the cost of $100 (I assume the call out fee). We received no invoice or quote, and instead, when we could get in contact with them - they would try and shout over you on the phone. Do NOT lease your property or rent through this agency, they are sneaky and will promise you one thing and then turn around and rebut they ever said it. I should add too that the initiating agent also told us that we “can’t get the property unless we pay more” than the advertised price. This has been reported to the ACCC and NSW Fair Trading.

The service was very good, we quickly found the tenant and didn't have to worry about any issues

All Seasons realty has been a pleasure to work with. They have helped me with finding a tenant and they did so very quickly. They are extremely professional and communicative and kept me up to date with any progress they were making and also provided me with some great advice. I look forward to having them as my rental agents.Big thank you to both Alex and Humphrey.

I gave them two properties to rent, but I am very disappointed with the service!1. they charged tenant water usage but didnt give it back to landlord!2.They send other people’s rent to my bank account….. and coming month the rental bill still wrong again! Just horrible feeling! So unprofessional!!After we noticed them we need to change another agent to look after our two properties, their act even worse, very incorporate, don’t want to communicate with our new agent.

Alex is very handsome!!My house is well taken care of by him and his team! I have been particularly satisfied with these 3 years!!

Humphrey is absolutely helpful and professional in his work. He was really fast in helping me to find a tenant. I would definitely recommend him and All Seasons to my friends in future.

**LANDLORDS AND TENANTS BEWARE**I cant even explain the level of unprofessionalism and conduct by All Seasons Realty to the point I am writing this review.As a landlord myself, I would NOT recommend All Seasons Realty to represent as a landlord or if you’re considering a tenancy agreement BEWARE or their malpractice.To summarise, from a tenants perspective I feel it’s in the best interest to share examples and conduct from All Seasons Realty:1. All Seasons Realty attempted to unlawfully claim “damages” to the property, two claims were clearly unsubstantiated.- One claim was for damages PRIOR to the lease agreement, as they themselves detailed in the condition report; a broken rangehood which was broken and notified to the property manager prior to our first inspection.- Second claim was a “dent in a window”. There was no dent, it was clearly bird poo.2. Clutching at straws, they held bond due to installing x2 0.1mm picture hooks, what frustrated us was their default response was “Go to Fair Trading” when we tried to apply a reasonable perspective and they told us it would be $500 to patch two 0.1 mm picture hook holes with no quote or evidence from the tradesperson. Note: this is a complete breach of the Tenancy Agreement.3. The property manager (name removed but starts with a C and and ends in an arrie) is highly unprofessional. Her communication skills are severely lacking. Example: after several emails working towards a resolution, all three tenants requested to be included in email correspondence to ensure ALL TENANTS were equally were informed, and as frustrating as this was they continued to disregarded these requests.I’m writing this, genuinely shocked at their responses, professionalism and how this Company operates.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE TENANTS USING ALL SEASONS REALTY:1. Be sure to review the condition report in detail and take photos at your first walk through of EVERYTHING.2. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING and be sure to have everything in writing.3. PREPARE a claim with Fair Trading NSW as their common practice is to attempt to claim for unjustified “damages” as common practice.4. DONT EXPECT professionalism.All Seasons Realty, I’m waiting for your default “paid ghost writer” email response.
