George was an absolute delight. I went to 4 other mower repair shops and they didn’t want to fix my machine, but George gave me the time of day and saved me 6 months worth of wait time to get it fixed. If you ever need anything fixed, take it down to George.

I asked for 2nd hand Lawnmower and was directed to still in good condition Victa. He understood that price nowadays are an issue and gave me a great price on itn plus! 6 years warranty on top of that. I bought this Honda HRU196 mower 2nd hand, previous owner did not take care of it, air filter was filthy, it was low in oil, carburetor needed a tune up, blades was almost nowhere to be seen.Spoke to bunch of mower shops around the area, turn around time to get my mower back was approx 1-3 weeks, 2nd best I got was 2 days.Found Western Suburbs Mower Service by simply googling and I thank god I found George. Asked for a quote over the phone and I automatically KNEW this is the place I should take my mower to get it serviced. He's customer service is extremely high you dont get that type of customer service anymore he goes above and beyond to make you happy. Not only customer service is great but his pricing is very honest.I HIGHLY recommend George, his Brother Joe and Mechanic Jason they did an absolutely awesome job with my Honda, I quickly did a test run and it runs like NEW! I'm not even kidding.bw brang my mower approx 10am this morning and I got it back 3hrs later on the same day (1pm). Top blokes, dropped in, needed my cable fixed, they fixed the cable on the spot, & also changed the filter, oil and spark plug … you blokes are awesome thank you, the only one not happy is my 16 yo cause now he’s got no excuse to mow the lawn

I bought a used whipper snipper on FB and had issues with itI took it to these guys 20 minutes before they close and they fixed the problem right away, great customer service and they really know there stuff. Will definitely be back, whipper snipper runs like a dream now

I had a line trimmer repaired. He offered a trimmer to use if I needed it in the interim. The next day he contacted me on his day off with his assessment and price. The cost was very, very reasonable.
