It really is a great gym. I've been regular gym go-er for 25 years. Worked out in every type of gym imaginable. This gym seems to tick all the boxes. Compact, but spacious (if that makes sense), great equipment, always clean, very knowledgeable friendly staff, great gym culture & atmosphere, no imposing figures, just a great, safe, wholesome gym to really get stuck in and achieve goals. Out of at least 100 gyms I've been to, this is top of my list. Way better than the huge, over the top gyms.

Have been a member since day 1. Staff are always friendly and genuinely care for how I'm going. Gym has all the equipment that I need and is always impeccably cleaned. The Best!!!

a very bad experience with this gym and not being able to cancel my membership. Very hard to get in contact with and then just about taking money for no service.

Absolutely love training at this gym! It has a really good friendly local feel and the staff are super helpful and communicative. I love the vibe in this gym!I have had a few sessions with the Personal Trainer Will and he has been great at coming up with creative training programs so I keep interested in training, and Leila was really helpful when signing me up.

Plus fitness Nerang is an awesome facility to workout in especially with the 24 hour access! The staff are extremely friendly and provide great advice when needed. The gym is always kept very clean and tidy with the lastest gym equipment on show.

Joining up cost way to much , $50 for a gym card that looks second hand. $50 for what exactly ? I went to cancel with these guys via email but you have to go in to the gym directed and fill out a paperwork. No other options but to go in and do it. Due to a busy time schedule and moving away from the area , I was unable to go into the gym and do this for 2 weeks. Once I got time to go in, I was charged for the two weeks I wasn't in the gym. I didn't get a $50 refund for the gym card either. Terrible way of doing things , wont be coming back.

My local gym for over 2 years since moving to the coast. Amazing community here, great support and everything you could ever need in a gym. Lovely new amenities. Feels like a fresh new gym since recent renovation.Friends that have joined say they love it.Highly recommend

Recent very bad experience with manager. Attitude, rolls eyes, told me to Go Away when I turned to walk away after asking about fan on wall (had been taken down ) was it being replaced as felt like stuffy in there. Definitely wouldn't recommend"

Called up Plus Fitness Nerang and asked about their sign up fee's, was so happy to hear that it was as simple as joining and tag fee. Went down and saw the team and had a tour of their fantastic facility. The wide variety of equipment was incredible and the virtual classrooms is an epic idea. The thought of jumping on a bike in the room and going for a nice fast pace ride along some of the worlds best roads is just getting me pumped to go.The Service i received was fantastic and combine that with their state of the art facility and equipment i walked out a new member of the gym and cannot wait to get stuck in!!10/10 recommend this gym.
