Amazingly knowledgeable and caring groomers! These ladies really know their dogs, how to groom the different breeds an the unique characteristics of each. They are amazing with challenging animals and gain their confidence very quickly! They go above and beyond and have amazing customer service! I have been there many, many times and ave never heard anything but positive reviews and I know many who would only go to Toowoomba Grooming! I suspect the earlier bad review is a fake account!! Very sad when a competitor resorts to fake reviews to denigrate another business!

After trying different groomers we were very impressed with Toowoomba Grooming.Our dog looked amazing, but more importantly came home happy.Staff really knew their stuff and were very helpful with advice to keep my dog Matt free between grooms.Everyone was smiling and genuinely seemed to be enjoying their work.

The people at Toowoomba Grooming are great. My wife and I have had dogs in the past, but we now have our first dog who requires regular and consistent grooming. Everyone we've interacted with here has been super patient when we come in for silly things due to my own negligence (ear mats, etc). They have always given us what we've asked for and treated our excitable puppy well. Glad we found them after moving to Toowoomba recently!

The lovely staff are great with our dog, so much now he walks in like he owns the place! We get a good two to three weeks out of his bath and he always smells so nice and feels so soft.

First time experience with cat grooming for my son and DIL's ragdoll. Amazing! He looks so handsome in his new hairstyle. He came home happy and not at all upset.

Holly and Team have been consistent with the professional grooming of both our Mini Poodle girls, Bella and Poppy. We love the Salon's happy environment and caring attitude. The Girls are happy attending which is a bonus!... They are not the most relaxed of fur Clients with their high, energy levels but seem to enjoy their visit.

First time visit and Miss Charlie Bear was so happy when we picked her up and she looked absolutely gorgeous. Such a great team of professional groomers who genuinely take care of your loved one. By far the best groomers in town, will definitely be back.

Poor dog looked like a skinned rabbit. Some areas cut right down to the skin. Nicks in skin traumatised him. New habit chasing tail as this was only part of body left with hair on it longer than half centimetre and it had been untouched. Not happy

Despite my puppy acting like an absolute sook they’re lovely here! He looks and smells amazing and his nails have had a much needed trim. My boy is a Bullmastiff Rottweiler cross and (despite being shocked at his large size) they accepted him with open arms. Will definitely be coming here again and regularly!
